What is OmniBurrow?
OmniBurrow is rabbitry management software for breeders who keep real records: your herd, multi-generation pedigrees, breeding and litters, weights, health and withdrawal periods, feed, grow-out, processing, shows, buyers, and finances — all in one account. It runs as a web app for sit-down management and a mobile app built for the barn, and the mobile app works fully offline, syncing the moment you get signal. It supports every ARBA-recognized breed, so nothing is hardcoded to a handful of popular ones.

Who it's for
OmniBurrow is built for breeders whose records have to hold up to scrutiny:
- Pedigree and show breeders who need accurate four-generation pedigrees, ARBA varieties, show classes, and cage cards.
- Meat and grow-out operations tracking weights, average daily gain, feed conversion, and processing yields.
- Anyone selling rabbits who needs deposits, sales, buyer contacts, waitlists, and a bookkeeping trail that survives tax season.
It is a single-rabbitry tool: your account holds your herd. Sending a rabbit's pedigree to another OmniBurrow account is a deliberate, two-sided handshake, not a shared database.
The two apps
Both apps sign into the same account and show the same data.

The features are the same on both platforms; they are just organized differently. The mobile app gives feed, grow-out, lines, shows, and media their own screens, while the web app folds several of those into the Analytics hub and the rabbit record itself. The mobile app is Android today, and it is not publicly available yet — it is still in alpha with a small group of breeders. An iOS version is in development. See The Mobile App.
What it actually does
Every item below ships today on both platforms unless noted.
Herd and pedigrees. Rabbit records with breed, ARBA variety, ear tag, registration, tattoo, photos, and full history. Multi-generation pedigrees you can export as PDF. Duplicate rabbits can be merged into one record. Lines let you group and analyze related animals.
Breeding and litters. Breedings, kindling, nest checks, and weaning. Track kits individually or as phenotype buckets when you don't need per-kit records, then graduate the ones you keep into full rabbit records.
Genetics. Genotype inference from your own herd's records, ranked variety predictions for a proposed pairing, and coefficient of inbreeding (COI). On mobile this runs on-device, so it works with no signal.
Weights and grow-out. Weight history with average daily gain, projected butcher dates, feed logging and allocation, grow-out groups, and processing/harvest records with yields.
Health. Health events, treatments with withdrawal periods tracked to a clear date, medication inventory, and care observations.
Business. Buyer contacts, waitlists, deposits, sales, and a finance ledger with income and expenses. Selling a rabbit records the money, applies any deposit, and can email the buyer a receipt with the pedigree attached.
Marketplace. Public listings for rabbits, litters, stud service, and equipment, each backed by a breeder storefront with a bio, location, and star rating from member reviews. Buyers message you through the listing without your email address being published, and nothing is public until you publish it.
Shows. Show entries and results, ARBA show classes computed from date of birth and show date, and printable cage cards.
Daily work. Tasks with reminders and OS-calendar export, data-entry sessions for working through a barn row by row, and a search that covers your whole herd at once — rabbits, litters, contacts, inventory, and grow-outs. On mobile there is also Barn Scan: scan a cage card's QR code and log weights or health events continuously without leaving the camera.
Analytics. Dashboards for production and does, feed and FCR, health and mortality, lines and COI, show performance, and harvest. The mobile app adds a per-rabbit profit-and-loss dashboard the web app does not have.
Clover. An AI assistant that answers from your own records — ranking does, suggesting outcrosses, projecting a pairing's inbreeding, telling you what is due today — and can log a weight or a health event if you confirm it. On both apps. Available on both the web app and the mobile app.
How your data stays yours
This is the part worth reading before you commit years of pedigree records to any software.
- The mobile app holds a complete local copy of your data. You are not renting access to a server you can't reach — the barn works with the Wi-Fi off. See Offline-First Sync.
- You can export everything, any time — all your tables as CSV plus your photos, in one download. Export stays available even if your subscription lapses.
- You can delete everything — wipe your data or close your account outright, from either app.
- When two devices disagree, OmniBurrow does not silently pick a winner on anything that matters; it shows you the conflict and lets you decide. See Conflict Resolution.

What it costs
OmniBurrow starts with a 14-day free trial — no card required. After that it is $9.99 per month.
Subscribing happens on the web app, at Account. If your access ends, nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. The web app routes you to your account page. The mobile app carries on working against the copy of your herd already on the phone — you can still open records and still make changes — but it stops exchanging data with the server, so anything you change waits on the device until you resubscribe. Exporting your data and deleting your account stay available either way.
