Breeder Storefront & Reviews

Your storefront is the public page a buyer lands on when they tap your rabbitry name on a listing. It shows what you choose to say about your rabbitry, every listing you currently have active, and your star rating from other OmniBurrow members. It only exists once you have set it up — four fields, none of them your contact details.

Set up your storefront​

Go to Marketplace → Settings.

There are four fields:

  • Rabbitry name — the name shown publicly on your storefront and on every listing.
  • City and State — roughly where you are, so buyers can filter by area.
  • About your rabbitry — a free-text bio: breeds you raise, how long you have been at it, your practices and goals.

These also pre-fill new listings, so filling them in once saves typing on every listing afterwards.

What is public​

Everything in your storefront settings is published

The rabbitry name, city, state, and bio are shown to anyone on the internet, signed in or not. Write the bio with that in mind — it is a shop window, not a note to yourself. If you would rather not publish a location, leave the city and state blank; buyers filtering by state will not find you, but nothing is shown that you did not enter.

Your storefront shows:

  • Your rabbitry name, city and state, and bio.
  • When you joined.
  • Your average rating and how many reviews you have.
  • Every active listing you have.
  • The reviews themselves, with each reviewer's name.

Your email address and phone number are never published. Buyers reach you through the enquiry form on a listing, which relays their message to you by email. See Marketplace Listings.

Nothing from your herd records is on your storefront. Rabbits, litters, finances, and contacts stay private — only the listings you deliberately publish appear.

Reviews​

Any registered OmniBurrow member can leave you a review: a rating from 1 to 5 stars and an optional written comment. One review per person — a member can review you once, and cannot change it to a second review afterwards. Nobody can review themselves.

Two things worth being clear about, because they differ from the marketplaces you may be used to:

  • A review does not require a purchase. There is no check that the reviewer ever bought from you.
  • There is no seller response. You cannot reply to a review on your storefront.

Your average rating and review count appear on your storefront and beside your name on every listing, which is what makes reviews worth caring about.

Moderation​

If a review is spam, abusive, about the wrong rabbitry, or otherwise wrong, report it. Reporting is open to any registered member — not just the breeder being reviewed — and asks for a reason and an optional description. You cannot report your own review, and reporting the same review twice while a report is still open does not stack up duplicates.

Reports go to OmniBurrow for review, and the outcome is either that the review is kept or removed. Removal takes it off your storefront and out of your rating.

Reporting is the only route. There is no way to remove a review from your own storefront directly, which is deliberate — a rating you could edit would not be worth anything to a buyer.
